Agriculture, industry and private households produce huge amounts of organic waste. What to do with it?

By way of CO2-neutral fermentation the FARMATIC-biogas plants produce the high-grade energy carrier Methane which forms the basis of biogas. This gas is usually used to generate electricity and heat in block-type thermal power stations.

According to the latest waste disposal legislation it is not allowed to dispose of organic waste on dump grounds. Therefore, the use of biogas plants for recovery of organic waste is a reasonable alternative not only for the benefit of the environment.
